*The announcements posted today reflect those which were read this morning. Please be aware that changes could occur during the day (cancellations, etc.) and we might not be able to amend them.  

First Half- Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green classrooms will report to homerooms during the first half of lunch. The grade level groups from blue, purple, black and white teams will report to target locations using the Courtenay Bay Doors   

Second Half- Blue, Purple, Black, and White will report to their homerooms and grade level groups from Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green will be in their assigned areas using the back doors near the gym. 

Target Locations: This week the grade 8 groups will report to the field , grade 6 groups report to the gym , and grade 7 groups will report to the compound/driveway .   

Ski & Snowboard Club at Poley Mountain.  

We are FULL! Important!!! All students that have submitted their information for Ski & Snowboard Club MUST attend a meeting at lunch today at 11:45 in the auditorium in order to confirm your spot.  

Gay-Straight Alliance:  

GSA meets on Wednesdays in the Orange Room, Room 307. New members are always welcome but need to meet the Covid-vaccination rules for extra-curricular activities.  

CHOIR -   

Maker Club resumes on Wednesday, December 8th. Signup sheet will be posted in Room 218 to reserve you spot.  

 CHILDREN’S WISH -  

PE LEADERSHIP- no equipment outside this week , leadership on duty report to the gym and bathroom duty only.

Today will be teams last practice before ZONES for both the Gr 7 and 8 team till 5 pm so make sure you are here. 

ATHLETIC FEE must be paid  by today. It’s $20 paid to Mr Shephard which includes a bayside shirt to keep and wear in competition. If you already have the bayside shirt it is $10.  

Boys Basketball clinic-  . Great turn out with 20 boys last night, if you couldn’t make it, make arrangements for next week for tuesday from 5-630 

Running Club – Practice will be Next Friday, December 10th from 3:15- 4 :15, meet at the gym. 

Cheer: - Tomorrow from 9:00am to 12:00 Noon.
