Good afternoon Raiders! We have a few
messages for this week.

1.
We offer congratulations to our
Gr. 6 Team. They brought in the most cans for our “Can”-struction challenge and
will have a Gr. 6 only dance in the gym after lunch today. Thank you to all
families, Gr. 6-8 who donated items to the local foodbank during this
challenge.
2.
Please make sure that your
contact information and student address are up to date in our system. Call us
at 738-6500 to make any changes.
3.
The Department of Health has
issued a statement about meningitis to be shared with all families. This went
out in an e-mail on Monday and is also posted on our website under “Raider News”.
4.
Our Christmas Dance is
scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, December 12th from 6-8 pm.
-Cost is $5
-Indoor shoes required
-Water, Popcorn & Raider Mix available for $1
-Photo Booth available $1
All funds go to support
Raider activities throughout the school year.
Families are asked to pick
up and drop off students at the school and to discourage students from hanging
out at the rink before, during or after the dance as this has led to some
concerning behaviour in the past.

HVHS Band will be performing at
RVMS on Friday afternoon, December 13th.
