​·       This voicemail is usually done on Friday but since we have been receiving calls saying that they are wondering about hot lunch on Wednesday of next week, a day where there is only half a day, I decided to send the message early.  All of this information will be going home in the June Newsletter on June 1. 

·       Home and School has said that people are able to log into their account and alter their orders from there.  So please note – Wednesday June 6 is a half a day.

·       Grade 5 students will be visiting RVMS on June 4

·       June 5 is track and field in the afternoon. 

·       Home and School meeting is happening on June 5 at 6:30 as well.

·       Mark June 10 as Port Day on your calendar.  The money raised at this event is divided amongst participating schools so please try to go down to the Cruise Ship Terminal to support this event.

·       Grade 5 parents – I am collecting End of Year event fees and baby photos.  All parents should have received a notice outlining events.  The Advancement Ceremony is taking place on the 20^th at 9:00 in the morning.  All students will receive a WES t-shirt to sport during the ceremony and for the rest of the day as they proceed on their field trip and onto the picnic in the afternoon.  Next week, teachers will be contacting those parents who offered to help to let them know where they have been scheduled in.

·       Bikes will be drawn on June 7 so keep getting those ballots in!

·       School Supply Lists for next year will be going home and parents can pay the $15 in June so that teachers can take advantage of those Back to School Sales!

·       If you know your child will be going to a daycare or babysitter next year and know you will need an alternate transportation form, let us know right away and you can get that filled out this month.​
