Welcome to Riverview High School
and the home of the Royals!
August 20th, 2017
Dear Students and Parents / Guardians,
We want to welcome all of our Royals to what we hope will be another great school year. Whether a young person is entering our doors for the first time as a grade 9 student or to begin their grad year, we know that the start of school can be an exciting time. We look forward to being able to meet all of our students soon as school opens for the fall.
As we quickly approach the beginning of the school year, I want to let you know about just a few things.
On Tuesday, September 5th we welcome our grade nine students to their first day of high school. This day is only for grade nine students as we help them learn the ropes here at the high school. Grade nine students must arrive by 8:30 AM and are to meet in the mall area outside of the cafeteria.
On Wednesday, September 6th we welcome all students back for our first regular day of school. They must find their name listed with their advisor and then proceed to advisory. Lists will be posted throughout the building. All students must be in advisory by 8:30 AM. Students will then receive their schedules from their advisor before beginning classes. Course change requests must be completed and submitted to the office by the end of the day Friday, September 8th.
For our school supplies list for grade 9 students, please click the Documents link at the top of this page. Teachers will give school supplies lists to students in grades 10, 11, and 12 on the first day of classes.
We look forward to welcoming our Royals back soon. Enjoy the remaining days of summer!

Riverview High School, located in Riverview, New Brunswick, is home to just over 1,100 students in grades 9-12 and just over 100 staff members. We offer a wide range of educational opportunities for students on many different pathways to life after high school. We also offer many extracurricular opportunities for students to take part in. You can see Royals working hard to prepare for what comes next in life while giving back to the community through events such as the Fill the Bus Food Drive and the Royal Road for Kids.
