​ LUNCH PROGRAM SCES 2014 - 2015

> As we get ready for another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running. We will be doing online ordering for all orders so as to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.

> Here's how to get started...
> Go to SUSSEXCORNER.hotlunches.net
> Click on "Click Here to Register"
> Enter Access Code SCES
> Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
> Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
> Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends SCES
> Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
> Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

> Payment:
> We only accept hot lunch order payments by cheque or cash payments sent to the school ATTN: Home & School Hot Lunch <student(s) name/teacher>. Failure to identify the student(s) being paid for could result in missed lunches. Please make all cheques payable to SCES Home and School
>
> The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

> IMPORTANT NOTES:

> If you need a paper copy of the Lunch Menu, please fill in the form below and it return it ASAP. The Lunch committee will not be responsible for errors in transferring the order to the online system.
> The menu for October is due online Wednesday, September 24 at end of the day.
> If you are filling out a paper copy of the lunch menu it is due Monday, September 22, by 2:30
> We cannot accept late submissions as the system will not accept orders after the close date.
> All money for the lunch program will be due Wednesday, September 24.
> Any questions please call Joan at 434-8064 or post in the SCES Facebook group.
> The Lunch Program will begin September 29.
