·         Interact pizza day is this Thursday!  Come out and pre-order your slice for $3.00 in the student lounge.

 

·         The 3 point contest is today at the first half of lunch.  Come ready to play!

 

·         The Girls’ Hockey Team defeated St. Stephen High school with a score of 8-2.  Scoring for your Redhawks were Julie Ogden with 4 and Sophia Georgoudis, Lauren MacKinnon, Annie McMullon and Maddy Tetford all with singles.

·         In Boys hockey last night they tied St. Macs 3-3.  Goal scorers were Ben Mabey, Ethan Kilpatrick and Jack MacGillivray.

 

·         Attention basketball players:  Now that all basketball player registration fee amounts have been confirmed, this Wednesday is the deadline for all basketball players’ fees and forms to be passed into the teacher sports reps.  As of Wednesday, please understand that players cannot play until both form and fee are passed into the team’s teacher rep.  If there is financial hardship for a player’s family, the parent is to communicate this to either Mrs. Tomilson or Mr. Peters.  Thank You!

·         We have a huge week for sports this week Redhawks!  Tonight at the QPlex come out and support your boys and girls hockey teams as they play KVHS - girls play at 6:15 and boys play at 8:00!   Wednesday night come support your boys and girls senior basketball teams as they take on KVHS at the Rip Seely!  Girls play at 6:00 and boys at 8:00pm.  Come wearing your Red and White and bring all that Redhawk Spirit!!!

·         Hey Skiers and Snowboarders!  Come to a ski team info meeting on Thursday at break in Mrs. Poirier’s room #127.  Beginners to season pass holders – all are welcome!

·         Mrs. Shea is away at meetings today.  The music room will be closed at lunch hour and rehearsal will resume on Wednesday with band and Thursday with choir.  Both of these groups are accepting new members if students wish to join.

 

·         Attention Wrestlers:  practice this week will be Tuesday @ 3:30 and Thursday @ 5:30 both at Hampton High

·         Yearbook reps will be collecting grad quotes and voting sheets today and tomorrow during homeroom.

 

·         Attention grads:  grad clothing will be on sale next week as well as this week as the samples are late coming in.  Come to the lounge the second half of lunch to order some awesome grad clothes.  Submitted by:  Erin Connolly

 

·         Reminder to all LIV club members with volunteer forms to hand those in to Lauren Conway today.  Thanks!

·         Grade 12s:  lots of Universities visiting this week:  Wednesday at 10:10 – University of Toronto, Wednesday at noon – Kings University, Thursday at 9:05 – Memorial, Friday at 11:00 – McGill.  For presentation during class time, see Ms. Godwin to sign up and get teacher permission slips.

·         Attention scorekeepers for basketball:  There are still games to sign-up for on the counter in the main office.  You will be paid the school day after the game by Mrs. Rans.  Please see Mr. Jordan to give him your contact number in case we need a last minute scorekeeper and need to contact you.

·         The Sweet Caroline Committee will be having a meeting today at lunch in room 126.  Bring your lunch.
