ANNOUNCEMENT FORM

Good morning, Harry Miller Blue Bears!

The Family Fun Night at Fairvale Elementary School is coming up soon. FES staff appreciate it when FES student alumni from HMMS have volunteered to make this event possible by running event booths (2 students per booth). They are looking for approximately 36 volunteers and the Fun Night is on May 31st, from 6:00 - 8:00PM we'd ask the volunteers to arrive earlier for instructions. 

Congratulations to Coach Sue of the Diamonds Cheer Team and Mrs. Throop who both received a Town of Rothesay Volunteer Recognition Award last night for their work to support our students and community in participating in cheer and in sports in general.  We are very proud to have them both as part of our HMMS family. Lots of Blue Bear Pride!

Tuesday, we will have our Rock Paper Scissors tournament.  Students can check into the gym at 12:15 and get ready to play.  Staff can also participate. And the UNO tournament date will be announced later.

HMMS Renaissance Team will be second half of noon today in 4B and after school in the cafeteria.

Athletic announcements:

Good luck to the JV boys and girls teams who travel to RNS today for a 4 pm game.

The varsity girls practice today afterschool.

The Cheer team practices tonight as they prepare for Provincials that will take place on Saturday in Florenceville. Good luck Diamonds!

Band and Choir announcements:

Saxophone rehearsal 2nd half of lunch and Band rehearsal after school today.

A reminder there is no school tomorrow or Monday as staff are in professional learning and meetings. Students return Tuesday.
