Information Items:

- Our fall fundraiser continues until Tuesday, Oct. 18^th.  This weekend would be a great opportunity to share the catalogue with friends and family. Orders will arrive on November 21^st. Thank you for the support with this initiative.

- We had 42 families register their children for Kindergarten for the 2017-2018 school year. If you know of anyone who has not yet registered, please advise them to do so soon. There are a few events this year including Kick Off to Kindergarten (Oct. 20^th), Welcome to Kindergarten (Jan. 26^th) and Kindergarten Orientation Day (June 2^nd) which will make the transition much easier next year. 

-On Halloween, students in grades K-2 are encouraged to wear costumes and those in grades 3-5 encouraged to wear orange and black. K-2 students are also welcome to come in black and orange if they do not want to wear costumes.

-Our PSSC had our first meeting of the year last night. We would love to expand our membership so please email me at Bonnie.Hierlihy@nbed.nb.ca for more information or to get involved. Our next meeting in Nov. 17^th at 7pm.

FIRE STATION -OPEN HOUSE

October 15^th, 11am-2pm (Station 1) 7 Campbell Dr. Rothesay

The Open House is an opportunity for all members of the community to learn important fire safety information to ensure their families are HomeSafe.  Visitors are encouraged to tour the fire station and sit inside various types of emergency response vehicles.  Firefighters are available to answer questions about fire safety and assist with equipment demonstrations.  There is a FREE barbeque and handouts for children.  The event takes place rain or shine.  Join us at our 2016 Open House!
