Scholarship for Community Leadership has arrived in the Guidance

004. We will do some fun topic
practice debates and make plans for more activities. All are welcome!
To all Dance
Team members who would like to perform in the Spook Trail, there will be a
meeting on the blocks after the announcements.
There will also be practice after school. We recommend any guys looking to be dancers
in the musical to give it a try. Also to
any actors, there will be a skit during
Spooktrail as well. So come to the Blocks too!

DRAMA – THEATRE – ART
There will be a sectional
for low brass and percussion players in the Concert Band after school today in
the Music Room.
Tickets for
the Fall Play – Nothing Is the End of the World (Except for the End of the
World) are now available in the Library and Office for $10.00. The
Play runs October 23, 24, and 25. Come
out and support KVHS’s Theatre Program.
This week is the Fall play and we are in need of volunteers for House Committee and
Box Office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening. If you can help any of these nights, please
see Mr. Sutton today.
SPORTS
Girls’ basketball tryouts today at 5:30 p.m. and
tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. Please bring
participation forms that are available in the office.
Congratulations
to two Cross Country Provincial finalists who came in 2nd and 5th at the Provincials.
Cameron Harris ran 4 km in 14
minutes and 41 seconds, he came in 2nd. Allie
Griffin ran 6 Km in 27 minutes and 37 seconds. Congratulations!
