KVHS Announcements

·         KVHS Renaissance will be having its 9th annual used book sale November 17th and 18th in the cafeteria. IF you have any used books or magazines to donate please bring them to Mrs. Wright in room 136.
 
·         Field hockey jersey’s and equipment is past due. Please return by Thursday morning to Mr. Doiron or your names go to Mrs. Morrison!
 
·         Hey Grads! Book work off for November 9th, this Thursday is Belinda’s Bash will be happening at the school from 6:30-8pm. The cost of entry is 1 dessert to share: a cake, cookies, squares, you name it. Or you could pay $5 but that won’t taste very good. See you there!
 
·         Mr. Doiron’s PE10 class go to Lab 292 for period 4 all week.
 
·         The boys hockey team lost a tough semifinal game at the Miramichi Fall Classic Tournament this week. The team plays again next Tuesday, November 14 in their home opener against Valley rivals Rothesay High.
 
·         Would Mrs. MacDonald’s PE class meet in room 292.
 
·         The sexual health nurse is here today and every Monday. You can fill out an appointment slip in guidance or text the number for an appointment. Walk ins welcome.
 
·         Congratulations to the football team on defeating St. Stephen 17-16 in the last few plays of the semifinal game. The team will now advance to the finals against St. Macs this Saturday, November 11 at 2pm at Shamrock field. Awesome job boys!
 
·         Attention all Blue Tones members: this week’s rehearsal will be Tuesday after school because Wednesday is a half day. All sections are asked to attend this one hour practice – our last before Remembrance Day.
 
·         There will be a clarinet and percussion sectional after school today in the music room for any band members who can attend who play those instruments.
 
·         St. FX will be in the workroom at 12:30pm today.
·         UNB on spot admissions is Tuesday, November 7. Sign up in guidance. If all slots are full, just double up in your preferred time.  The guidance department will provide your transcript if you sign up today.
 
·         Hey crusaders! Come to multicultural night tomorrow from 6:30 – 8:30pm! From henna to activity passports to performances to food, there’s lots of fun for everyone.
