KVHS Announcements    -    January 9, 2018
 
 
·         Seed applications are now available for grads looking for summer employment and attending post-secondary school in the fall.     www.nbjobs.ca/seed_landing/
 
·         This Thursday, January 11, there will be a non-traditional career fair here at KVHS, with over 25 exhibitors including employers looking to hire students directly out of high school. If you’re interested in signing up please see Mrs. Badger in room 408.
 
·         Attention AP Human Geography students. Wednesday’s after school session is cancelled due to a staff meeting. Semester 2 AP Human Geography students will meet at 12:45pm on Thursday in room 228 instead.
 
·         Attention grade 11 and 12 students: the guidance department is looking to see if there is enough interest in offering an Outdoor Pursuits class during semester 2, period 4 or 5. If you are interested and you have the ability to fit it in your schedule period 4 or 5, then please come sign up in the main office by 3:30pm today.
 
·         The guidance department is not seeing students this week for course changes. Course change forms will be available on Thursday this week.
 
·         The boys hockey team will return to the ice this evening at 8pm at the QPlex in a game against St. Stephen High School. Come out and cheer on your Crusaders!
 
·         Students enrolled in AP Psychology for second semester are reminded of the after school seminar for chapter 1 to be held this Thursday in room 402 starting at 3:40pm.
 
·         Members of Blue Tones: you can pick up your dresses today at lunch in the Crusader Centre.
 
·         Improv Meeting today at noon in Mr. Standring’s room.
