REACH FOR THE TOP: Grade 9 Reach players will practice with Mr. Thorne at lunch while Senior’s practice with Ms. Smith.  Grade 10 players are asked to check Teams later this morning for info about their after-school practice.

TABLETOP ALLIANCE:  Today is Board Games in Room #230.  Come have your lunch, hang out and learn to play new games.

BOOK CLUB: Meets today in Room #005.

RUGBY: If you are interested in playing Rugby there will be a meeting for both girls’ and boys’ teams, Tuesday Jan. 16th, 8:50am in the cafeteria.

HEY, GRADS! We are finally halfway to prom! To celebrate, this Wednesday we will be having an anti-prom, also known as Morp, where you dress in your comfiest and sloppiest clothes! And don’t forget about BYOB that day too, grads!

BYOB: Hey grade, BYOB is back!!!!! Next Wednesday, January 17, bring a banana to school. At lunch in the mini gym, we will be giving out ice cream for free! Toppings provided. See you, their grads!!!

QUEBEC TRIP: There will be a parent meeting for the Quebec Trip Wednesday at 10:30 ONLINE.Please pass that along to your parent.

MUSICAL: Attention to all those doing the musical, there is a very important parent meeting this Wednesday, January 17th, at 6:30 in the KV Theatre. You must have a parent or guardian attend in order to participate in the musical.

Students with PLPs who need to write exams in an alternate location should pick up a form from a resource teacher or in the Student Learning Centre. Teachers, if you have students who need to write in an alternate location, please contact a resource teacher or fill out form. Forms are in the Student Learning Centre and by the mailboxes. All forms should be returned to a resource teacher or the office by the end of the day on Thursday. Thank you!

Semester two course change request forms and lists will be available later this morning in the cafeteria. Please complete a form and wait to be contacted by a school counsellor. Be sure to be very clear in your explanation about why you require a course change. These are requests and not guaranteed changes. We will continue to work on them this week, next week and for the first few days of Semester 2. If you require an appointment with a school counsellor, you can pop in before or after one of your assessments next week.
