· As you are all aware by now, the Humboldt Broncos hockey team from Saskatchewan was involved in a terrible accident last Friday. A group of hockey moms from BC have launched a jersey campaign encouraging everyone to wear a sports jersey to support the victims and families impacted by the tragedy. I am asking as many in of us in the Crusader community as possible to wear your favourite jersey on Thursday. We may feel that this will make a difference to those who have lost loved ones or to those who are now going through the tremendous struggle of recovery, but the show of support always makes a difference. Please wear your jerseys on Thursday. I would ask members of the boys’ hockey team to meet with Mrs. Farren in room 402 at 12:30.
