This is a message from Mrs. Blanchard, Principal at Hampton Elementary School.
REVIEW OF THIS WEEK: Our UNICEF total has surpassed last year’s amount ($213) with a new total of $218.30.
It has been a great week with a beautiful Remembrance Day ceremony on Friday. Thank you to parents and special guests who were able to join us for this assembly. Also a special thank you to our students who had speaking roles as well as our school choir for leading us with their beautiful voices.

Important Date: All schools are closed on Monday as the observation of Remembrance Day.
School Water: This week our school water was closed for drinking due to a malfunction of the water treatment system. While work is happening on our treatment system and another test can be taken we will be using bottled water for drinking. District Office sent the water coolers immediately for students and staff to access on Thursday when it was identified. The fountains are covered so students do not drink from the fountain accidently. The Facilities Dept. has assured me that the water is safe for washing hands. Once further information comes forth from further testing, I will update parents.
Parent-Teacher Preference forms will be sent home to parents soon. Please return them as soon as possible so that teachers can work together to coordinate parent teacher times for sibling appointments. Report cards, with assigned times included, will be sent home on Monday, November 20th. Parent-Teacher Meetings will take place Thursday evening, November 23 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. AND Friday, November 24, from 8:30 until 11:00 a.m.
If you would like to meet with one of our specialist teachers, please call the office (832-6021) to arrange an appointment. Their schedules can be found below as some of our teachers are shared between schools.
