RHS is seeking a badminton coach for the upcoming Spring sports season. Mr. Jordan asks for potential players to assist him in his search for experienced adults to fill this coaching position ASAP and have them contact Mr. Jordan.

 

Students for Shot Clock and Score Sheet are needed for basketball games Friday and Saturday. Please sign up on the sheet located on the counter in the main office. $10 per game per score keeper.

 

The 14th Annual Ashley Frechette JVGirls basketball tournament will have this weekend.  Ashley was a RHS Gr 9 student athlete in the 2001/2002 school year who played basketball.  On January 27th,  2002 Ashley was seriously injured in a car accident and has not be able to return to a normal life.  Our JV Girls basketball team play Oromocto High @ 1:30pm in our gym this Friday.  Students of all grades can go to period 4 on Friday & pay $2 to their period 4 teacher, receive a ticket and come cheer on your Red Hawks.  Red Hawk Pride!!  A portion of the proceeds go to the Frechette family to help with Ashley’s medical costs.  Ashley’s family will make an attempt for Ashley to be in attendance.

Hey Redhawks! The Superbowl is coming up so student council will be doing sign up and collecting fees for teams on Thursday and Friday in the student lounge at lunch. It’s $25 for a team of 6 and spaces are limited so don’t miss out! Grab a few friends and come register your team.

The KV Peewee Baseball Team is going to Cuba at the end of February and they’re asking if anyone can bring in new or used school supplies for the kids in Cuba. There will be a box in front of the office. For more info, please see Isabella Bovaird.

 All students from last semester can pick up their final projects and other artwork from now until Friday, Feb 12. After Feb 12, any artwork left behind will be recycled.
