Swim team meeting in Mrs. Kelbaugh’s room at break today.  Reminder – swim meet tonight at Simonds High at 5:00.
 
Basketball try outs will begin this Friday, Oct. 20.  5:30-7:30pm: combined JV & SR girls try out, 7:30-9:30pm: combined JV & SR Boys try out.  List of future try outs and practices have been posted in the student lounge and gym noticeboard.  There is open gym tonight for girls at 5:30-7:00 and boys are 7:00-8:30.
 
Attention boys’ hockey team (including affiliates) – Pass in your player registration forms and fees to Mr. Jordan this week.  The forms can be picked up outside the main office.  Thank you.
 
A reminder for Coop Students that your logs and journals are due every Tuesday.  Please pass in week 3 today.  Also Coop students, don’t forget to sign out each day.  Thank you, Mrs. Porter
 
Just a reminder that the KD drive is still on until Friday.  Hurry to get those points for your homeroom by bringing in KD!
 
Wednesday is purple day.  Come to school decked out in purple to show support for Sweet Caroline.  We will be having an assembly and a walk.
 
Yearbooks will be on sale in the student lounge at lunch every day.  Buy one for $50 with your choice of cover decorations!  They are also on sale online until the end of October.  The link can be found on the RHS website.
 
St. Thomas University will be here for an information session Thursday Oct. 19th at 1:30.  Please sign up in Guidance.
 
Attention grade 10s – any grade 10 student wishing to receive free Saint John Ambulance emergency first aid training with adult, infant and child CPR (including AED), please sign up at the main office.  It is a 1 day session that will occur at the school during the school week.  There are 18 spots that will be filled in a first come, first serve basis.  The date is November 7th at the RHS gym.
 
Can Mrs. Kingston, Mrs. Wright, Mr. Ross & Mr. Copeland go to the gym for Dodgeball.
