​Teachers will be posting what is happening in their math class each week. Please check the website to see what your child is learning and how to help them at home.

Mme Green: This week we will be using estimation strategies to check that our answers are reasonable. Students will also have an assessment on Wednesday on the outcomes that we have covered thus far.

Ms. Abbott: This week will look at ordering and comparing numbers based on place values. Students will begin to estimate quantites to 1000. 

Ms. Waterhouse: This week we use all of our place value strategies learned this far and begin to work with numbers to 10 000 rather than 1000. Students will have a mini assessment on Wednesday.
