Grade 4 and 5 Fitness Journal

​Hi,

The students in grades 4 and 5 have an assignment to complete over the next 12 days, beginning today (Friday, Sept 29th).   Each student must record their fitness progress over the next 12 days on the sheet I sent home with them.  If they lost it, I will post a copy of it on the physical education website

We are not assessing their fitness level but rather if they can properly track their fitness progress.  Each student has created 5 fitness goals that they will try and reach by January.  We would like this record keeping to help them in accomplishing their goals.

Grade 4's need only to record how long or how many of the set activities in the days that they performed the activity. If they would like to add activities there are blanks on the bottom to add those.

Grade 5's must create their own fitness plan and choose all the activiites that will help them at accomplishing the goals set in the following activiites:

push ups/ min, situps/min, wall squat, shuttle run (10meters), one km run.
