Chinese culture:

Parents are invited to a Chinese New Year Celebration at CSS on Thursday February 15th from 11am to 12am. This celebration is organized by Miss Li who is from the prestigious Confucius Institute in China and who has been working with our students since December. She visits every classroom for 45 minutes per week to share Chinese culture and traditions. This is an amazing enrichment opportunity for CSS as there are only a few Confucius teachers spending time in the province!​

Reminder:

We are going skating on Wednesday February 7th at the Grant Harvey Centre from 10 to 11am. Please send skates, helmet and proper clothing with your child. Equipment must be contained in a bag (not plastic) in order to be transported on the bus. Let me know as soon as possible if your child does not have skates since we do have some extra skates and helmets at the school, however selection is limited.
