​November 13/18 - Angel Tree 2018 

Dear Gibson-Neill Families,

Each year at Christmas time, our school recognizes the importance of supporting families in need.  Last year we started Christmas Tree Angels, it was a great success.   It is a unique holiday assistance program that connects a generous individual or group with a deserving child (or “Angel”) in need.  If your family is in need of help this Christmas, please fill out the form that will be sent home on November 13th and return it to the school no later than Monday, November 19^th.  Your request will be added to an Angel and placed on a tree near our school's office.  Your child’s name will not be on the angel.  Anyone in our school community (including staff, parents and visitors) may then choose one or more angels to purchase the requested gift item.  The Angel tree will be on display by November 21^st. 

 Some examples of items you could ask for include:

Clothing or boots (Need); books or toys (Want) ($30 or less). Please be specific and detailed in your requests. 

Please Note: electronics, video games or technology will NOT be added to the tree.  

 Please bring unwrapped gifts to the office, with the Angel attached to the gift, by December 10^th.​

 November 15/18 - Jersey Day - wear your favourite team's jersey!

Monday, November 19th/18​ - Angel Tree forms to be returned to the school.

November 19/18 - Home & School Meeting - rescheduled from November 5th. See you at 6pm in The Den!​
