​International Women’s Day (IWD) is marked on March 8 every year! It is a major day of global celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. To highlight the achievements of New Brunswick women, this year, we will be presenting the inaugural VIVE Awards! 

As part of the celebration, once again, we are inviting New Brunswick students to submit either a video, a poster or a story about a woman who inspires them, a woman that has shaped their lives, community or place of work. We are hoping to receive submissions from students of all grades, schools and regions across the province. The school with the greatest number of submissions will be awarded the IWD 2021 “School of the Year” certificate! The top five student submissions will be displayed at the IWD March 8th event as well as being featured in our IWD Magazine and IWD E-zine, which will be shared province wide. 

 Deadline for submissions is February 19, 2021
