Grade 3 Entrepreneurial Adventure - Animal Cookies - Product Recall

cats and dogs.png Our entrepreneurial group is sad to announce that we will not be able to sell the remaining cookie mix that we made to support the SPCA. We did sell some cookie mix at Family Fun Night and we were planning on selling the rest before school ended. A phone call was received over the weekend from Costco stating that the flour that was purchased there was being recalled for possible E.coli contamination. I was told at Costco that the flour I purchased was not manufactured at the factory that did find contamination in their flour, but to be safe, Costco is recalling it because it is from the same company. Better to be safe than sorry! Ms. Roy
