• Nightly reading in French and practice “liste 2” of high frequency words.  We have reviewed and highlighted the next ten words of this list.  This list will be in students’ green duotang in their communication bag.
• Math – Students are continuing multiplication and division in their math groups.  Students are encouraged to use Dreambox to enrich their math skills and to review their multiplication tables as this will help them as we begin division this week.
• Science – We are continuing our integrated unit on Materials and Structures on Monday.  Students have learned about a variety of structures made by both humans and animals.  We have also explored different types of material (weak and strong) used to make structures. Take the time to discuss the structures you see around Fredericton with your child and ask them what type of materials they think may have been used in constructing these structures. 
• Students will be participating in "Pandemonium Week" this week at PSS.  Please see the main school webpage (documents section) for further details.  Reminder: Monday is Pyjama Day.
• Students received an informal progress report last week.  Please sign and return to school.
