Hello families,

Annnd just like that October is coming to an end. Hard to believe November is just around the corner! Here are the updates and need to know items for this week:

• ​Reading at home 10 minutes per week: you may continue to focus on the sounds 'ou' 'o' 'oi' and 'an'
  
• Please help us work towards achieving our Dreambox challenge goal of 1000 lessons!
• Students will be bringing home their Patterns and Relations Pre and Post tests Monday. Please take this opportunity to discuss and celebrate students' growth!
• Tuesday afternoon we will be having a small Halloween Party. Students may bring their costumes to change into after lunch.
• In literacy students are almost finished thier first published writing piece. I will post a picture on Dojo this week to give you a sneak peek :)
• Late this week we will be beginning the Animal Habitats unit in Science.
