Wow!  We are already at the end of October.  Report cards are coming fast.  This week should be an exciting week with Halloween.  Thanks to all the parents that are contributing something for our Halloween party on Tuesday, Oct. 31st.  
Littératie : reading for a minimum of 65 min./week.  Please sign your child’s agenda.  The students are bringing home the description of their invented animal.  Please sign it and return to school.
Math: Dreambox-the students are participating in a national contest to see how many lesson can be done in a 2 week period.  Challenge is on!
Social Study: The student are almost finished their posters on the person they interviewed-great work by all.
Book orders: They are going home Monday, Oct. 30th and they are due back Monday, Nov. 6.  Books make great Christmas gift.  If you want to order some and keep it a surprise, please send me your order in a sealed envelope or go online. 
Important dates:
·      Pumpkin walk: Oct. 31st.
·      November 1: School clothing deadline
·      November 10: PL day no school for students
·      November 13: Holiday
