Weekly Update & Reminders

​Hello families,

 
​Here are the homework items and reminders for this week:
·       Reading each night in French. Encourage your child to do a quick retell when they have finished their book.
·       Dreambox and practice multiplication facts at home.
·       My math group has started division and we have been using tokens and drawings to support our learning. This week we will also explore the relationship between multiplication and division.
·       In our integrated Health Unit we will be wrapping up our exploration of healthy choices this week. Students will be making a small poster at school to encourage their peers to make a healthy choice.
·       Structures from last week to practice at home are:
o   Comment est-ce que tu restes en bonne forme? Je joue au soccer. Je fais la natation et la danse.
o   Comment prends-tu soin de toi? Je me brosse les dents. Je me lave les mains. Je prends un bain ou une douche.
o   Qu’est-ce que tu fais pour se reposer? Je lis un livre. Je joue un jeu de société. Je prends un bain.
·       We will have our second LiD group session Friday.
