Hello families,

I hope you all had a relaxing weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out to support Home and School at Family Fun Night. It looks like some spring-like weather is finally on it's way this week!​ Here are the weekly updates and reminders for this week:

  • ​Our reading challenge will soon be coming to an end! Students should remember to bring in their reading challenge forms Monday to add to our class tally. Keep reading lots at home to help us reach our class goal!
  • Dreambox - please try to complete 2 lessons at home this week
  • Tuesday dismissal will be at 11:30 am due to PL
  • Wednesday Orchestra Music Festival at NMS
  • The Rights Respecting club is continuing to collect $2 per student for the We Walk for Water Campaign. Our school will be participating in a walk this Friday.
Upcoming dates:
  • Wednesday May 2nd/Tuesday May 3rd: BOGO Bookfair
  • Friday May 4th - No school due to PL
  • Monday May 7th: Heart and Stroke Foundation Assembly
  • Friday May 11th: Ducks Unlimited Field Trip (more details to follow)
  • Tuesday, May 15th: K-2 Talent Show (11-12)
  • Thursday, May 17th: 3-5 Talent Show (1-2)
  • Monday, May 21st: Victoria Day
  • May 22nd - June 1st: Grade 4FI Provincial Assessments (more details to follow)
  • Friday June 15th - tentative date for end of year field trip (more details to follow)
