​Hello grade 5 Benson families!

We had a fantastic week last week and we’re excited to be moving on learning in French!

• School Fees: If you have not yet paid your $40 school fee, you can do so by using SchoolCash online or by sending in a cash/cheque with your child.
• Meet the Teacher is this Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. I hope to see you there!
• We will be practicing safety procedures this week including Fire Drill and Lockdown procedures
• We have started to learn French this week and are learning about our families.
• In Math we are reviewing place value and numbers beyond 10000
• We will enjoy a Harvest Jazz and Blues presentation this Thursday afternoon!
• Cross-Country is starting up for the year. If your child is interested in joining, they should meet with Mr Dolliver.

Upcoming Important dates Dates:

• Wednesday, September 18th: Cross-Country meet at Henry Park
• Monday, September 30th: Photo Day
