​Students are immersed in the world of Shakespeare and are studying the play "Macbeth."  They will be acting out some of  the scenes throughout the play.  There will be a quiz at the end of this week or beginning of next on Acts covered so far.

Students are reminded to be reading 20 minutes per night at home.  They have 7 novels to read on their own and a small assignment to be handed in for each novel.  This is to be finished and handed in by the end of May.  This was given to them on the first day of classes!

​Students are finishing projects for WWI and will begin a unit on the Holocaust this week.  There will be an individual project due at the end of this unit.

​Students are working on WWI and are currently do a series of projects to go with this unit.  Individual projects are due April 26.  Partner projects are due May 1st and group projects are due May 9th.  They have class time to work on all of these assignments.

​Students are just getting started with Macbeth.  They will have the chance over the next few weeks to become familiar with the language and the stage.  Students are reminded to read at home as they need to have 7 novels read with a small project completed for each one by the end of May.

​   On Friday March 24, students will be writing the Unit 1 test in Environmental Science.  This test will represent 20% of the grade for the year in this class.
