What to wear in Physical Education Class

When you come to PE please be sure to wear the appropriate clothes and athletic shoes. It is very important to be wearing the proper attire to ensure that everyone gets to fully participate!

I suggest that each student wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move around in. Try to avoid skirts and dresses on PE days. Gear more towards pants or shorts, and a comfortable shirt. This will make it easier to move around, and not have to worry about what you are wearing.

Having good athletic PE shoes is very important when participating in PE. They offer good support for you spine and hips, and provide a stable, secure surface. Performing in shoes like flip flops makes it easier for a student to fall because of the unsteady soul of the shoe. If you wear a different kind of shoe (other than athletic shoes) to school then be sure to pack your PE shoes in your back pack! If students are wearing the wrong kind of shoes in PE during an activity like any running activity then I ask that the student not participate during that portion to avoid injury. So PLEASE be sure to wear good PE shoes!

SHOES THAT AREN'T ALLOWED:
