Summer French Camp for Students in Grades 9 and 10
 
The Summer French Camp is a four-week immersion program administered by the Université de Moncton (Moncton campus).  Grades 9 and 10 students enrolled in French Immersion or Post-Intensive French are both eligible to apply.  The camp will run from July 3rd to July 29th, 2016.
 
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to enhance their French language abilities, develop greater confidence in using a second language, and extend their understanding of Francophone culture.  As the number of reserved seats is limited, interested students are encouraged to register early.  The application submission deadline is February 26th, 2016. 
 
For more information or to receive an application form, students should talk with a French language teacher, a French SPR or a School District French Subject Coordinator.  The application form is also posted on the main student portal page.  Students may also wish to view the Université de Moncton Summer French Program website, http://www.umoncton.ca/learnfrench/junior for more information (a video was added to the site, we certainly encourage educators to view the video with their students to encourage students’ participation).
