​Happy first day of summer! We ended our school year with a week of excitement. We hope you enjoyed Wednesday's showcase and family BBQ. On Thursday we enjoyed our grade 5 promotion ceremony. They are all set for middle school and we wish them all the best. We also celebrated our kindergarten class on Thursday afternoon.  Friday the last day of school ended with a day of FUN- we held a MAS talent show where our talented students entertained their peers, Ms Davis and myself took some whip cream pies to the face from our top three jump rope for heart fundraisers, we had multi age stations set up where students had choice of many fun activities like coding, art, music, PE, lego, fort building and more. We ended the day with a whole school glow bracelet dance party. 

I want to take this opportunity to THANK YOU the families of MAS, Home & School, and PSSC for your ongoing and continuous support. MAS is a small, but mighty school and that is because of our wonderful families that contribute to it daily and work closely with our staff to help your child grow. 

A few reminders for fall-

School Supplies- Supply lists were sent home in report cards. To pay student fees online schoolcash will open on August 1, 2019. 

Transfer of Schools- If your child will be changing elementary schools in the fall, it is important that you come visit us in the next two days to fill out a transfer form so we can be sure your child's information is at the receiving school for September. 

First day of School- Our first day of school will be Tuesday, September 3rd. 

Administration return to work- Mrs. Yerxa and myself will be back in office on August 19th if you have any questions. 

Community Garden- to those that offered to help over the summer, I will be in touch to set up a schedule.
