a great day we had at the Apple Orchard on Thursday! It was sunny and
cool which made for perfect apple picking. The students had a wonderful time
learning about apple history, how to tell when an apple is ready, exploring the
orchard, picking and eating apples, getting lost in the corn maze, enjoying a
picnic lunch and playing on the playground. We also had a tasty apple treat for
snack today made by our great grade 5 students using the apples we picked!
we also remembered Terry Fox and shared in learning. Thank you to everyone that
contributed to our Terry Fox walk!
