​Hello MAS Families. No April fools joke- today is the last day of the school week!  We have had a great week at MAS!  The students all got to meet my youngest puppy- Dahlia. She is an 11 week old Red Pine Golden Retriever. She has already exceeded her expectations of being in the school and interacting with students already. She has been so good with the children, that we all have been amazed.  She greeted a few as they entered through the front door and as soon as they saw her you could see the biggest smiles under those masks!

Reminders-

Fundraiser- Thank you again to all that supported our ‘Bath Shack’ Fundraiser. All orders went home this week. The school raised close to $500 to support student learning.

Report Cards and Parent Teacher interviews- Report Cards went home on Wednesday, March 31^st. I am very proud of all the hard work students and staff have done this term. Please book your parent teacher interview through the link provided if you have not done so. If you are unable to make any of the scheduled times, please reach out to your child’s classroom teacher to make arrangements for an alternate time. We really look forward to being able to meet and share your child’s academic progress with you.

Family Bedtime Story online- We will be hosting a family bedtime story online on April 7^th. Our PSSC has graciously purchased each family a book that will be sent home on April 6^th. The book will be read over TEAMS meeting on the April 7^th and we hope that everyone can join in! The book is called ‘Linus The Little Yellow Pencil’ by Scott Morgan. It is about an art show and families will be invited to create art at home to share and display at school.
