​Dear Parent and Guardians, 

After an unexpected long weekend, we have an exciting Valentines week ahead. We will be having a small party on Thursday so students can exchange cards (the school is providing fruit and veggie trays for snack that day).

Reminders:

Book Orders: February book orders went home and they are due back on the 15^th

Family Movie Night- On Friday, February 22 we will be hosting a family movie night. Information will be coming home this week. We hope you will be there! 

This week:

Monday February 11 – Papa John’s Pizza

Tuesday Feb. 12- Breakfast program 7:50-8:15am. Tot's N Taters Hot lunch. 

Wednesday Feb. 13- 

Thursday Feb. 14- Happy Valentine's Day! Great Canadian Bagel Hot Lunch. Fruit and Veggie tray. 

Friday Feb. 15- Tots N Taters. LHHS Clubs.

What we are learning this week:

French: This week students are working on Valentine’s day vocabulary. We will be playing games, reading stories and doing some writing. We also have a few little things to finish with our family/friends unit.

Math: This week we are continuing our fractions unit. We are learning about equivalent fractions and putting fractions on a number line. Students are also working on graphing with Mrs. Morine.
