​Horizon Health Network Public Health will be offering the following two vaccines to all grade 7 students this year:  Grade 8 students who did not receive their second vaccination last spring will also be receiving their second vaccination.

1. HPV (protection against Human Papillomavirus) in two doses, six months apart.
2. Tdap (protection against whooping cough, diphtheria and tetanus) in one dose.

 The date for the clinic is this Friday, October 28, 2022.

The date for the second HPV vaccine is May 01, 2023.
