Here are the Grade 6 Writing standards that will be used for the first Report Card. The first document shows the 6 different parts that students need to have in their writing to get a C. The second document shows what students need to do to get Strong Achivement (B or A). To get a B, students need to have all of the 6 parts on the first document and at least one of the 6 needs to be Strong from the second document. To get an A, students need to have all 6 from the second document.
I have also posted some examples of writing along with how they are marked.

Although it says Grade 7 Exemplars, these are samples taken from students when they wrote the Grade 7 Provincial Assessment so they are very useful.
