voicemail - January 29th January 29 PAMS news – Week of January 30th
- Our Winter Warmer family night is Thursday from 6-7:30pm. Activities include cupcake decorating, hot cocoa bar, outdoor fire, family sledding, outdoor twister, boot hockey with the SVHS Vikings, and face painting. Dress warm and bring the whole family.
- On January 30, our Grade 7s and 8s will participate in an interactive presentation by MADD Canada titled “Weed Out the Risk” (WOTR). The program educates youth in Grades 7-12 about the risks associated with cannabis use and driving or being a passenger in a car driven by someone who has used cannabis. - Wednesday is Club Day. We will also have our end of Month assembly where perfect attendance and achievement will be celebrated. The golden dustpan will also be awarded.
- We are still looking for badminton and volleyball coaches. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Grant at 273-4760.
voicemail - January 25January 24 PAMS news - January 24th
- Family Bingo night is tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25th at 6:30pm. There is no entrance fee and many prizes to be won. Families of grade 5 students from AES and Mah-Sos are invited to attend.
- Wednesday is Club Day at PAMS.
- We will be having a live stream virtual presentation called "On Patrol - Patrolling Canada’s Frozen North" tomorrow at 1pm. Students will learn what it is like to be an RCMP officer in Iqaluit and how the frigid weather impacts the job.
- We are looking for badminton and volleyball coaches. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Grant at 273-4760.

I am happy to share that Heaven Solomon will be joining our PAMS team to teach Wolastoqey language. Heaven is no stranger to youth from Neqotkuk. She was a teacher at Mah-Sos and has been very active in the community. Heaven will begin teaching classes on Monday, January 30th.
