*The announcements posted today reflect those which were read this morning. Please be aware that changes could occur during the day (cancellations, etc.) and we might not be able to amend them.  

First Half- Yellow, Green, Black and White classrooms will report to cafeteria during the first half of lunch. The grade level groups from blue, purple, red and orange teams will report to target locations using the Courtenay Bay Doors.    

Second Half- blue, purple, red and orange will report to cafeteria and grade level groups from Yellow, Green, Black and White will be in their assigned areas using the back doors near the gym. 

Target Locations: This week the grade 8 groups will report to the field, grade 6 groups will report to the gym and grade 7 groups will report to the courtyard.

Our grade 6 classes will be eating in their homerooms during their designated eating time this week.  Staff, please follow the duty rotation sent out. 

Just a reminder if you have forgotten or need lunch, we have free lunches served from the library every day. Please go to the library at the beginning of your eating time to pick up your lunch.  

Library: No books can be checked out! Please ensure all books are returned to Ms. Neering ASAP. 

Clubs & Activities: Only announce today and tomorrow’s clubs  

TALENT SHOW  - The final list of participants is now posted outside the music room. 

Additional Activity Notices:  

Gr 8 students, please make sure your caregivers have made payments on School Cash Online for the activities planned for June. 

Attention Grade 8 Homeroom Teachers: please send permission forms for Offline Board Games Café to the office at break. Students will be called down at 11:20 to eat lunch in the cafeteria before we go. 

Our IDEA Market is happening tomorrow! Class schedules were sent to teachers. Sales will be cash only. The market will be open to the public 12-2 pm.

All Volleyball teams: Please return your jersey to the gym ASAP. 

JV Boys team please meet Ms. Hills for a quick meeting at 9:30 in the gym. 

Co-Ed Flag football: 

Please return your uniforms to Mme Burkett or Ms Hills this week. 

Track & Field :  

Shotput practice today Monday June 5th at 11:45 and tomorrow at 12:15pm. 

Running practice today: Relay practice at 11:45 and tomorrow at 12:15. 

Running practice and long jump, today and tomorrow after school from 3-4pm.  

Please return your permission form by Tuesday, June 6th to Ms. Hills. The Track & Field Meet is Wednesday, June 7 starting at 12:30pm at UNBSJ stadium and the rain date is Thursday, June 8th. If you haven’t received a permission form, please see Ms. Hills or Mr. Allaby before the end of the day.
