​​Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:15. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please contact the school to confirm the meeting times as they are occasionally changed.  
 
 
 

 
 

P.S.S.C.

The Parent School Support Committees are responsible for: 
 
  • participating in the selection of the School Principal
  • advising the Principal on the establishment, implementation and monitoring of the school improvement plan which may include:
    • the school mission, strategies respecting language and culture, communication, school climate, family involvement, conditions to improve the quality of learning within the school, improving school property and facilitating use of the school by the community
 

The P.S.S.C will also:

 
  • provide input on the performance evaluation of the principal and vice-principal
  • review the school performance reports
  • advise the principal in the development of school policies
  • communicate with the DEC on P.S.S.C. issues
