​• Cougar Pride continues with Alex S. who turned in money that he found in the Art Room yesterday.  Also a big QMS round of applause goes out to the Grade 6 band who gave a great performance yesterday after school.  Hats off to Mr. Music White for all the extra hours and effort that he has put in with all the band students.

• Good luck to our Varsity boys soccer team as they host Sussex Middle school in the semi-finals. The game is at the Q-Plex with a 4:00pm start.

• Congratulations to our JV girls soccer team on placing third in the South by defeating RPS 1-0.

• Congratulation on the JV boys soccer team on making it to the semi-finals - the boys played a great game against MCS but lost in the semi -finals.

• Our Varsity girls soccer team played well last night against Hampton middle but lost 2-1. Congratulations to the whole team on a great season.

• Varsity Basketball tryouts will start next week. Varsity Girls will run Monday 6:00-7:30 and Friday 4:30 -6:00pm. The Varsity Boys will tryout on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:30pm.

• This is our last week of SOCKtober and so for the following classes are in the lead:  6 Pelrine,
 7 Ingleton & 8 Corby.  But it’s not over yet, so keep those socks coming!  We will reveal the  winning totals on Friday and ultimately, the Pizza Party Winner.

• Triple C will be meeting tomorrow, after school, in Room 111.
