Grade 6 Relay is ONLY for those who have money to purchase lunch or those who have preordered lunch.  If you are only buying milk or a slush cup, this does not require an early relay release from class.

Quebec Trip forms are due to Mme Spinks, asap.  If you have not yet picked up a form, please see Mme Spinks today.

Q-CREW will meet today from 3:00-4:00 in Mme Dow’s room.

Today is “wear the rainbow” in support of people with different sexualities and genders.  Homeroom teachers, please count up your brightly coloured students and submit your total to Ms. Hardy.  The class showing the greatest support of the LGBTQ community will win the Cougar PRIDE trophy!

Tomorrow is the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia and Biphobia.  QMS will be celebrating this day on Friday by having its first ever Ally Day.  An Ally is a person who even though they may not be LGBTQ, they still stand up for equal rights for everyone no matter who you are or who you love.  Sign our pledge and join us for a little celebration in the Library at lunch on Friday.

There will be a Best Buddies activity, today, Period 3.  We are going to meet in the Grade 6 Resource Room.

Regarding the WE Believe Saint John event for tomorrow, we are asking all students to bring a non-perishable food item.  These items will be collected by Downey Ford.  Food items will then be distributed throughout Southern New Brunswick to food banks.  It would be BEST if you could take a brown-bag lunch as line ups will be LONG to buy one!  Backpacks are permitted, however, they may be subject to a search.

Please check the lost and found table
