Music:
This is a reminder of concert band rehearsal after school today.  It is the last all-group rehearsal before next week's concert!
 
There will be a band prep for grade 7/8 band students tomorrow in period 4.
 
We will have a practice for ALL grade six band students tomorrow in lunch.  Please bring your lunch and we will play when you have finished eating.
 
Sports:
Congratulations to the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys Basketball teams on winning their first games of the season.
 
The JV Girls Basketball team will practice from 4:30 to 6 pm today.
 
Good luck to the Varsity Boys Basketball team as they travel to Sussex today.
 
IF you would like to learn how to run the clock and work the score sheet for Basketball games, we will be running sessions all week, in the gym, at 12:15pm.
 
Lunch time intramurals will not happen this week – due to the score keeping training sessions.
 
Soccer Club starts this Friday. All are welcome! Please sign up outside the gym and collect a permission slip from Mr. Long or Mr. Robichaud.

Our Cafeteria Elf has returned for another festive season, and he has brought a few friends with him.  Be the first to spot an elf at lunchtime and you will win a free cookie.  Tell Natalie when you spot the Elf.
 
Holiday Turkey Dinner tickets are on sale and selling fast! Tickets must be purchased in advance and are ONLY available in the main lobby at lunch until Friday, December 7th. Tickets are $7.50 and the meal will be served on Wednesday, December 12th. No other meals will be served in the cafeteria that day.
 
Tickets to win an NHL game package are still on sale. Prize package includes 2 center ice tickets to see the Boston Bruins play the NY Rangers and one night in a hotel across from Boston Gardens. Tickets available from Mme Spinks or online through Cashless Schools, $10 each or 3/$20. If you are interested in selling tickets, please see Mme Spinks. Proceeds will support the purchase of instruments and equipment for the school music program.
 
Attention GSA members. If you have a signed permission form for the workshop next week, please drop off to Ms. LaBrecque's mailbox by the end of the day.
