This is a reminder that there is grade 6 band practice today at lunch.
 
There will be a grade 6 band prep tomorrow in Period 4.
 
There is a band prep today for Grade 7/8 in period 4.
 
There is Singing Club practice today after school.
 
Sports:
The JV Boys basketball game for today has been cancelled – the team will practice from 4:00-5:30pm.
 
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys basketball team on winning their second game of the season against Sussex Middle School.
 
Soccer Club will start up tomorrow and run from 3:00-4:30pm. If you need a permission slip, please see Mr. Long or Mr. Robichaud.
 
If you would like to learn how to score keep for Basketball home games, there will be one more training session today 12:15 in the gym

The Turkey Drive sign-up sheet is now posted in the office on the window by the photocopier. Please decide what activity your class will be hosting and sign up soon.
 
Keep looking for the Cafeteria Elf at lunch time. Just like it is a different elf each day, we are looking for a different person to find the elf each day. If you have already spotted the elf, please let someone else be the first to locate him and tell Natalie. It’s the season of giving and sharing so share the fun with others!
 
Last chance to purchase your Holiday Turkey Dinner tickets, they are selling fast! Tickets must be purchased in advance and are ONLY available in the main lobby at lunch until this Friday – only two days left! Tickets are $7.50 and the meal will be served on Wednesday, December 12th. No other meals will be served in the cafeteria that day.
 
Tickets to win an NHL game package are still on sale. Prize package includes 2 center ice tickets to see the Boston Bruins play the NY Rangers and one night in a hotel across from Boston Gardens. Tickets available from Mme Spinks or online through Cashless Schools, $10 each or 3/$20. If you are interested in selling tickets, please see Mme Spinks. Proceeds will support the purchase of instruments and equipment for the school music program.
 
A reminder to staff who are participating in the Secret Santa Toy exchange – tomorrow is the day! Tonight is the last night to shop for a gift!
