Sports:

Congratulations to the JV boys soccer team on defeating BMS – goals scored by Shawn with 2 and Jeremy and Liam with one.

The varsity girls soccer team will practice today from 3-4:30pm.

Grade 6 Badminton tryouts start at lunch today and again on Tuesday – please go to the gym, with your lunch, at 11:50.

NO badminton club today afterschool.

Attention all soccer players – next week there has be the following schedule change:

Varsity girls will host RPS on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 4pm. Not Wednesday

The varsity boys soccer team will practice on Wednesday from 3-4:30pm not Tursday

The jv boys soccer team will practice on Wednesday from 4:30-6pm not Thursday

The JV girls will practice on Thursday from 5:30-7pm – time change

All of these changes are posted on the website!

Music:

-This is a reminder to grade 7 and 8 band students of our band prep today in period 3.  Please ask permission from your period 3 teacher before coming to the band prep.

-Attention grade six band students:  Please bring your instruments back to QMS on Tuesday, as we have a band class period 2 on Tuesday.

-This announcement is for ALL band students.  If you would like to take your instrument home over the long weekend to practice (because practicing is a very good thing), you need to get your instrument from the music room no later than 12:10, since Mrs. Rattray will not be here this afternoon.

Important meeting for We Day participants today at noon.  We are decorating T-shirts.  Room 212.

A reminder to Knitting Club…  Our next meeting is next Tuesday at lunch.  Please join us in the art room and be sure to have your knitting and your lunch with you on Tuesday!

Reminder: Starting on Tuesday, October 15^th, ALL milk, white and chocolate, will be 0.55 cents to purchase.
