Cougar pride shout-out to Logan, Carter, and Teegan for scorekeeping the Basketball game last night!!

Sports:

Congratulations to our Varsity girls Basketball team and our JV boys basketball team on winning their first games of the season!

The JV boys will practice from 3-4:30pm today.

The JV girls Basketball team will practice from 4:30-6pm.

The Varsity girls basketball team will practice from 6-7:30pm – this was changed but is back on for tonight!

Would all four basketball teams please go to the gym at break for a short but mandatory meeting.

QMS is in need of basketball score keepers – we have opening on Wednesday and Thursday next week! Grab a few friends, sign up in the gym and come support your school!

Good luck to the Varsity Boys basketball team as they travel to Sussex today for their first game of the season.

Music:

Attention all Singing Club, Grade Six Band and Concert Band members:  YOUR CONCERT IS TONIGHT!!!!!!!!  See you tonight at KV High with your instruments and music.  The concert starts at 6:30pm.  

If any staff member or student is in the mood for some holiday music, come out to KV High tonight.  Support the QMS Singing Club, Grade Six Band and Concert Band.  Hear some former QMS students perform as part of KV ensembles.  Admission is by donation.  You are all welcome to enjoy the music!

The following students are asked to be in the music room at lunch:  Cohen Allen, Alivia Martin, Eden Little, Chloe Nash- LeBlanc and Jackson Spicer.

Cafeteria news:   That pesky elf is back!! Each day he will be hiding at LUNCH TIME only. Be the first one to find him and win one of our baked goods.  Be aware that he comes in several different shapes and sizes so you never know who you’re looking for. Good luck to all!!   NOTE: he will NOT be hiding the day of our festive dinner. 

Turkey Dinner: Tickets sales have closed.  The meal will be served on Wednesday, Dec 11^th and will be the only meal available in the cafeteria that day. Please bring a lunch if you did not purchase a ticket.​
