​To all of our new familes, welcome to Leo Hayes High School.  To our returning students, welcome back.  The last 18 months have been an unprecedented time in education. Our dedicated team of professional educators, support staff of educational assistants, administrative assistants, library workers, custodial staff, bus drivers, building superintendent and  school administration team are getting ready to start this year.

Our building is nearly ready for more than 1500 students to come back to school in September.Right now you may have many questions. Some we will be able to answer quickly and some will take some time. Please ask them. Our goal is to ensure that you stay informed.  Please note there is a dedicated email address for you to email your question(s) and it will be directed to the person who can best give you an answer.

We will communicate with you for the most part via SchoolMessenger phone and email.  Please make sure you have your current phone number and email in our system.  For our grade 10-12 students, if you have not changed your phone number or email address since last year, you will be ready.  For our new grade 9 students, if the information that your middle school had on file is no longer valid please ensure that you get that updated so you receive our SchoolMessenger updates.
