Kindergarten Registration

Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will occur from October 12-15, 2021. Children who turn five by December 31, 2022, are eligible to start kindergarten in September 2022. Please follow the link to register your child online.

The following items need to be brought to your child’s school after you have completed the online registration:

• ​Your child’s birth certificate (photocopy)
• Your child’s Medicare card (photocopy)
• ​Your child’s immunization documents (photocopy)
• Completed ASD-W EYE-DA consent form
• Completed FACE consent form
• Completed School Entry Permit

Please bring photocopies or scanned originals of the documents during the week of October 12-15, 2021. If you are unable to provide copies, we can copy or print the documents for you on site. Please contact us at 453-5438 to make an appointment to do so.

Please note: All immunizations must be in order prior to starting school in September 2022.
