Our grade 9 & 12 students have once again been invited to the "Prevent Alcohol and Risk Related Trauma in Youth" learning day in Doaktown. The event will take place on May 16th - buses will leave at 8:30 and return for normal dismissal time. We hope all invited students will attend and engage in this very fun and informative day! Below is the permission slip that your grade 9 or grade 12 student should bring home to you for your signature. We appreciate you supporting this initiave to help keep our students safe.
The Public Health nuses will be coming to SCS on Friday, May 17th to administer the second shot for the HPV vaccine. Please be sure to have breakfast in the morning, snacks for after the immunization and wear a short-sleeved shirt.

Parents of students entering kindergarten next September are reminded of our "Welcome to Kindergarten" event being held at the school Tuesday night beginning at 6:00. We will meet in the cafeteria prior to doing some actvities. Hope you see you all there!

We have made some changes to our breakfast program and the K-5 students are now joining us in the cafeteria each morning. We would love to have some volunteers in to help out, from 7:40-8:20. If you're interested in helping please give us a call at the school.
To make paying for your popcorn a little easier we have added it as an option to our School Cash online site. Please let us know if you have any trouble. Of course, others are welcome to just send cash in with the students you purchased from.
