​This is a message for all parents or guardians of grade 7 students. Public Health nurses will be coming to our school on October 13^th, 2020 to offer the grade 7 students’ vaccines. We encourage you to make sure your child has had breakfast and snacks available for after the immunizations. Please ask that your child wear a short-sleeved shirt.  All students are eligible to receive a vaccine against Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough), and a vaccine against Human Papillomavirus (HPV).  Your child should have received two information pamphlets at the beginning of the school year.

If the consent form has not been returned to your child’s teacher, please do so before the school clinic date.  These consents should be returned whether the student is being immunized or not.
